Return and Refund Policy

At WealthCare Heroes Wellness, we take pride in offering quality health, wellness, beauty, supplement, and personal care products. Because many of our products are intended for personal use, consumption, or direct contact with the body, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Limited exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis only for eligible damaged items or incorrect orders.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, including but not limited to supplements, vitamins, wellness products, hair care products, beauty items, digital products, and personal care goods, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

This policy helps protect the safety, quality, and integrity of our products for all customers.

No Returns

We do not accept product returns. Once a product has left our facility or fulfillment center, it cannot be returned, restocked, or resold.

For health, wellness, beauty, and personal care items, we are unable to accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Product preference
  • Taste, scent, texture, or personal reaction
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Delayed use after delivery
  • Failure to read product details, ingredients, or directions before purchase

Please review all product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions carefully before placing your order.

Limited Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.

You may qualify for a limited exchange only if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your order was missing an approved item

To request an exchange review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request must include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging/shipping box
  • A brief description of the issue

If your exchange request is approved, we may send a replacement of the same item or another approved resolution at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Please keep all original packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we may issue a replacement for the correct item. The incorrect item may need to remain unused and unopened depending on the situation.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, guides, templates, courses, and online resources are final sale.

Because digital products are delivered electronically or made accessible after purchase, they are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are final once processed. Customers are responsible for managing, pausing, skipping, or canceling subscriptions before the renewal date.

We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

That experience shaped her vision and desire to create a brand built with focus of proactive wellness and holistic care that supports people before they reach that point.

    As both a nurse and entrepreneur, Brianna understands the lifestyle of busy professionals, caregivers, healthcare workers, and high achievers who spend so much time pouring into others but often neglecting their own health while trying to keep up with their own goals, responsibilities, and routines.
